Ingredients
5 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sugar
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, sliced half moon
spring onions, chopped (optional)
Method
- Whisk eggs, water, sugar and salt together in a bowl then set aside.
- Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium-high heat.
- Add onions and fry until soft and translucent
- Add egg mixture, cook for a few minutes then turn off the heat to allow residual heat to cook through the eggs. Garnish with spring onions
