Ingredients
1 bunch garlic chives, chopped
4-5 large eggs, lightly beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Heat wok over medium high heat. Add vegetable oil, then add the chopped garlic chives
- Add beaten eggs, salt and pepper, then fry until eggs are set and brown
- Serve hot with jasmine rice
